DJ Premier digs into the vault to explain the origins behind “1, 2 Pass It” from the D&D All-Stars. The legacy of D&D Studio is the topic at hand here and how Preemo put together this massive posse cut that originated at the 40s and Blunts party. Mad Lion, Doug E Fresh, KRS One, Fat Joe, Smif N Wessun and Jeru The Damaja assembled for the cut and, somehow, Jay-Z was left standing outside in the cold…literally.
