It’s been one year since RTJ2 dropped and Killer Mike and El Producto celebrate with the music video for “Angel Duster.”
Killer Mike and El-P provide the theme song to the Mass Appeal documentary “Rubble Kings.” Out on October 30th, Rubble Kings is described as a film about “how a few extraordinary, forgotten people did the impossible, during the gang era of NYC and how their actions impacted the city and the world over by planting the seeds to what would become hip hop culture.”
Just Blaze takes on the feline version of Run The Jewels’ “Oh My Darling” and, of course, the results are ridiculous.
Run The Jewels show up with TV on the Radio on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to perform “Angel Duster” from their sophomore effort.
RUN THE JEWELS FEAT. ZACK DE LA ROCHA PERFORM CLOSE YOUR EYES (AND COUNT TO FUCK) AT PITCHFORK FESTIVAL
Run The Jewels hit the Pitchfork stage and performed a rowdy rendition of “Close Your Eyes” alongside Rage Against The Machine frontman Zack De La Rocha.

Killer Mike and El-P release the animated video for “Early” and, as always, offer a very timely view on today’s climate between African Americans and the boys in blue.
The RTJ x Zack De La Rocha collaboration gets the visual treatment and Killer Mike explains what you are looking at.
“This video represents the futile and exhausting existence of a purgatory-like law enforcement system. There is no neat solution at the end because there is no neat solution in the real world. However, there is an opportunity to dialogue and change the way communities are policed in this country. Salutes to AG Rojas for his unique take on the subject matter and to Shea and Keith for giving us their all and bringing it to life.”
Uproxx caught up with Killer Mike and El P in the Dominican Republic for an insightful interview on their musical origins and El P plays a new beat from the Run The Jewels 3 album.
A fan tried to show his ass by attempting to run up on Killer Mike and El P during their performance at Spotify House at SXSW. But he learned quickly that you don’t run up on Run The Jewels. What possessed this man to try and fight RTJ is beyond us but the end is hilarious.
