The Fokis led collective of Local-Mu12 is joined by Torae and Sadat X on “Never Had.” It’s the second single from the group’s March 24th release Everyday People.
Torae participates in the VHS-style “Off Top” sessions and gets busy over Pete Rock’s “Tru Master” instrumental over at Ludlow Barber Supply.

‘Crown’ the 4th music video release from Torae’s sophomore album Entitled deals with a situation we know all too well. Set in New York City & featuring 3D Na’tee this PixelMotiv clip shows what it’s like just trying to live day to day as a person of color in America.
Edo. G and Shabaam Sahdeeq let loose a fresh new track called “Play To Win”, Produced by Fokis. The track features a verse from Torae and cuts by DJ Eclipse making this an east coast banger of the highest caliber. With this premiere is the announcement of an EP pairing the Boston hip-hop legend and Rawkus alum with production entirely handled by Lower East Side based emcee/producer Fokis.
Torae’s contribution to the Roberto Duran biopic “Hands Of Stone” may not have made the final cut for the official soundtrack, but that’s what makes the internet a beautiful thing. Torae gifts us with the song anyway.
Torae crafts the perfect remix to “Get Down” by bringing along Freeway and Styles P to rock over a Pete Rock production.
