Brother Ali formally announces his sixth album All the Beauty in This Whole Life and drops his second song in as many days with “Own Light (What Hearts Are For.” He gives the following explanation for the project.
“This entire album is based on the reality that beauty is the splendor of truth,” says Ali. “Beauty in all of its forms is the outward manifestation of love and virtue. It soothes the soul and pulls it gently toward the truth it communicates. Every word and note of this album is intended to either reflect beauty, or expose the ugliness that blocks us from living lives of meaning.”
Check out the song and check for the album on May 5th.
Rick Ross drops a new cut from his forthcoming album Rather You Than Me with some assistance from Nipsey Hussle, Slim Thug, Fat Joe and E-40 as they look to “Buy Back The Block” and show some financial strength in the hood.
