ELZHI & KHRYSIS – SELF MADE
Elzhi has been always known for taking a lot of time between projects, but this is definitely worth the wait. Elzhi and Khrysis have formed the duo Jericho Jackson and are dropping a project on February 23rd. To get things started, Elzhi gets busy over Khrysis’ sampling of Lafayette Afro Rock Band‘s “Darkest Light” for “Self Made.”
I am not hyped for this collabo. Elzhi is one of my favorites, but he is a wack beat picker. No shade against my NC homies, but Khrysis beats is not built like that to carry the weight of a lyricist like Elzhi. Sorry……
Flawless flow, it’s a shame the tracks can’t support it.
